We did an A-B tour Edinburgh to Inverness and it was the highlight of our vacation. Yes its costly, but compare it to hotel door, to hotel door transportation for two, plus a private tour for two. And we saved a day by not going out and back at Edinburgh. Avoided the crowds completely. Our local driver was fabulous. And we were able to tweak what we wanted to do on the way. Extending some stops and just brushing over others. Highly recommended.

This tour is perfect for those who want to get out of the city and see some beautiful rural parts of Scotland. The farm was adorable with a surprising variety of animals both familiar and unique to Scotland. I particularly enjoyed Doune Castle as a fan of the Outlander series and the site was beautiful and historic. Corinne was very accommodating to our group’s needs and helped us make the most out of our trip. Great experience overall.

Wonderful! My daughter's main request was to see highland cows and castles. This fit the bill. Our guides were knowledgeable and engaging. Ben had so many fun historical facts that enhanced the overall experience. Playing Loch Lomond on the ride back (after hearing the story behind the famous song) was a beautiful ending to the trip - my daughter added that version to her playlist.

We wanted to explore a bit of Scotland outside of Edinburgh and came across this unique tour. It was the perfect way to spend a day! Poppy is a wonderful host and guide. The day of our tour was too windy for kayaking but she was able to offer great alternatives and we got to have a fun boat ride on Loch Katrine instead. Can’t recommend Scottish Odysseys enough if you’re looking to explore all Scotland has to offer!

Poppy took us on an amazing adventure through lochs and highlands that turned out so much better than if we tried to sort it all out ourselves. With her stories, insights, and conversation, we felt like we had a local friend showing us around. Our seven-year-old mentioned several times out loud how much fun she was having—not something we are used to hearing on hikes. We would definitely do tours with Scottish Odyssey again!
